"Messy in the Kitchen" Cookbook by Renee Paquette

Client: Permuted Press · Photo · Talent

Challenge

Renée Paquette needed a visual identity for her debut cookbook that felt personal and memorable. Rather than following the polished look of a traditional cookbook, the design needed to embrace the playful, imperfect spirit of Messy in the Kitchen.

What We Made

We developed the cookbook's visual identity through recipe photography and intentional food styling. Every page was designed to feel approachable, energetic, and true to the personality behind the brand.

Results

Messy in the Kitchen debuted on a national bestseller list during its release week. The visual identity carried consistently across the book, supporting its launch and press campaign.
