PRIVACY POLICY

The short version
This website sets no cookies and does not track you across the internet. We use privacy-first analytics that count visits without identifying anyone. The only personal information we collect is what you type into the contact form, and we use it to reply to you. We don't sell it, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

Who we are
The Neon Mob LLC, a content production studio based in Las Vegas, Nevada, operates theneonmob.com. For questions about this policy or your information, contact info@theneonmob.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect:
- Your name (required)
- Your email address (required)
- Your company or property (optional)
- Project type, timeline, and budget range (selected from menus)
- Whatever you write in the project details field
Please don't include sensitive personal information in the details field — we don't need it, and the form isn't a secure channel.
Information collected automatically. Our host keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps, referring page. These are generated by the act of serving a web page and are used for security and reliability, not to build a profile of you.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It is cookieless and privacy-first: it does not use client-side state, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track anyone across other websites. The data we see is aggregate — page views, referring sites, countries, device types — and cannot be used to identify an individual.
What we do not collect. No cookies. No advertising or tracking pixels. No session recording. No profiling. No embedded social media feeds. We do not know who you are unless you tell us.
Google Fonts
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Doing so transmits your IP address to Google, which is how any web font service works. Google's handling of that is governed by its own privacy policy. We receive nothing from Google about you.
Why we use your information

- To keep records of enquiries and the work that follows
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used
- To keep the site secure and functioning
- To comply with legal obligations
For visitors in jurisdictions requiring a lawful basis: we rely on your consent when you choose to submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, understanding site usage in aggregate, and running the site securely.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We use these service providers, who process information on our behalf:
- Netlify — hosts the site and processes form submissions. Handles form contents, server logs and IP addresses
- Automated spam filtering — screens submissions for spam. Handles form contents and the submitting IP address
- Cloudflare — provides aggregate, cookieless analytics. Handles page requests; no personal data
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces. Handles IP address only
- Our email provider — delivers enquiry notifications and our replies. Handles your name, email and message
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and, where a project follows, for our business and tax records. Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted periodically. Server logs and analytics are retained on our providers' standard schedules. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Whoever and wherever you are, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it
- Provide a copy
Email info@theneonmob.com and we'll respond within a reasonable period, and within any timeframe the law requires. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Nevada residents. Nevada law gives residents the right to direct a website operator not to sell certain personal information. We do not sell personal information and have no plans to. To submit a request anyway, email info@theneonmob.com.
California residents. If California privacy law applies to us, you have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Visitors from the EU and UK. You additionally have rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your supervisory authority. Note that our providers are US-based, so information is processed in the United States.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — which is why we ask you not to send sensitive information through the form.
Children
The site is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always posted here with its effective date.
